My decision to work with Saint Mary’s has been a valuable kick-starter to my career. Starting as an Executive Assistant at Sancta Maria followed by a brief stint at teaching, to working in the Marketing Team for the Group Office has given me plenty room to grow as a professional in the Education Industry. I have loved working with all my colleagues who are not only committed to their jobs but are also caring about each other on a personal level. With a strong ethical foothold guiding all the institutions under it and an amazing administration across the board, Saint Mary’s is the place which will remain close to my heart, always.

I got the opportunity to be a part of Saint Mary’s family and those were the best years of my professional life. To be honest, working at Saint Mary’s never felt like work. The sense of inclusion, belonging, recognition and appreciation made my experience so much enjoyable and worthwhile. I have so much gratitude for each and every member of the Saint Mary’s family. I have learned, grown and cultivated several values, like reading books, from my colleagues who inspired me to envision new ambitions for my life. Even though I am on a break at the moment, I always wish to rejoin Saint Mary’s.

ST.MARY’S JUNIOR COLLEGE, Basheerbagh has been a great blessing for me. The guidance and support from the Principal and Lecturers is incredible. They are fantastically knowledgeable, highly experienced, motivational, responsible, full of energy, caring and clearly dedicated for the welfare of the students. ST.MARY’S, I can say, has helped me beyond words for making me confident and successful and most importantly for giving me direction in life. What I love about this institution is the colossal presence of the principal who encourages students at every step. I am overwhelmed and filled with so much respect and gratitude for my alma mater.

St. Mary’s College has a special place in my life and heart. I have been associated with Mary’s for a little more than 15 years now since 2005 and I am filled with pride that I have the opportunity of being an integral part of the institution. The experiences that I have gained here are so valuable. My journey in these 15 years has been filled with learning and growing within the organisation. I am always grateful to the management for trusting my capabilities and assigning me key roles which has helped groom my personality and emerge as the person I am today. The commitment with which the institution works towards value creation encourages all of us, teachers to achieve a better version of ourselves. Leadership At All Levels is one such initiative by the institution which gives all of us scope to explore our inherent skills. The time and resources invested by the institution have ensured every person at Mary’s is groomed to be a leader. The simplistic and open approach the members of Management have towards the employees makes us feel as one family, the “Mary’s Family”.
I am proud to be part of St. Mary’s Family and look forward to continuing contributing to the growth of the institution. I treasure my association with Mary’s.

“Some memories are unforgettable, remaining ever vivid and heartwarming”, remarked someone
when asked to recount some old memories. I can endorse that statement when I think of my first
day in St.Mary’s Junior College, Himayathnagar where I began my journey with the St.Mary’s
on 10 June, 1997. I remember the warmth and the friendliness that exploded all over. It was a
family! Little wonder that I stayed on all these years…It wasn’t just a stay on, but they are
eventful years that shaped my career, attitude, moulded me into a better teacher by the year
which ultimately led me to receive the highest award of the State, the Meritorious Teacher
Award by the Govt of Telangana in 2017. The Management also gave wings to my ideas,
allowed me to take initiatives, experiment and succeed and even fail sometimes! This is evident
in the many responsibilities that I was entrusted with be it, the Head of the department or
Coordinator of IQAC / NAAC. When the Leadership understands your passion and stands with
you, it becomes an easy and a joyful experience to live your professional life and achieve
success. I will not be doing justice if I don’t mention the excellent working conditions including
the financial package the institution offers to its employees. And I will not forget to mention the
humane approach it adopted when the Covid- 19 Pandemic and the resulting lockdown hit us, the
Management took some proactive steps beginning with the letter of personal assurance from the
CEO, Mr. Mahender Reddy to every employee, continuing to pay full salaries on time for the
complete lockdown period, not to terminate anyone during that time, trying to help spouses of
employees who lost their jobs and so on. I certainly feel proud and feel privileged to be a part of
this institution.
